To those who say, "There ought to be a law," well, New Hampshire legislators are apparently all ears. "As usual, people put in lots of legislation, but I don't think there will be any spending legislation," said Sen. Lou D'Allesandro, D-Manchester, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee.
